Customer Testimonials

This place is like a Tardis. It is extremely spacious and the open plan downstairs area was perfect for six adults. The location is great with lots of things to see and do within a short drive and The Fleece Inn a great little pub only a hundred yards away. Parking was easy on the street or in the Square. Very quiet at night so a good nights sleep not a problem. The house also come with a nice patio area which would definitely be very nice in warm weather. Beverley was a nice host and left us to do our own thing but was more than happy to help out if asked.
Bev's house was fabulous! Very clean and spacious...perfect for six of us with a baby and a dog and we weren't falling over each other at all. The garden is a lovely space,
A brilliant property in the heart of Bretforton, British hospitality at it’s best..
Great location and beautiful house
.A great base for exploring the Cotswolds - really comfortable and well equipped
6 of us stayed for my brothers wedding and had a great time. Lovely big rooms and a bedroom with an on suite was very useful with us all getting ready. Beverley was a great host, I would highly recommend.

My family and I enjoyed a lovely week exploring this beautiful part of the country and couldn't have had a better house to return to each day...

Gorgeous house in a beautiful location! Bev’s place was the perfect place to stay for a get together with friends. Sparkling clean with thoughtful touches such as cereals for breakfast, tea and coffee and milk in the fridge. The Fleece in nearby was the perfect place for lunch too. We would definitely recommend and stay here again :)

Beverley's house is ideal for a group of 6 people. There is more then enough room for all to spread out and relax after a hectic day of sightseeing. The apartment is stylish and clean and Beverley's warm welcome was the icing on the cake. Bretforton is a lovely village in the middle of the Cotswolds. There is a beautiful 300 year old pub a short walk from the apartment that serves wonderful meals. The location is perfect for visiting the many other scenic towns and attractions in this idyllic section of England. We have stayed in many Airbnb apartments in both the USA and Europe. Beverley's house is one of the nicest.

Wow, what a find ! An immaculate, stylish home in the quintessential 'chocolate box' village of Bretforton. My family were invited to a party at the gorgeous Fleece Inn and we couldn't have been more lucky to find this accommodation. Bev was so helpful and made the process easy and relaxed. The property is much larger than expected from the small period exterior, with a big sociable kitchen leading to a pretty, enclosed garden (which was perfect for our pooch!). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't recommend it highly enough.

Beverley's place was spotlessly clean, spacious, very comfortable and perfect for 3 couples to meet up in. The large kitchen and patio area were a bonus and the location, close to the pub, shop, bus route etc was excellent. The extra touches such as breakfast cereals, flowers etc were very much appreciated and check in/out were very easy. Having an en suite as well as the bathroom was extremely useful and we appreciated the downstairs cloakroom. I would strongly recommend The Old Post Office to anyone wanting to stay in this area. Thank you for your hospitality

Wonderful spacious house, with superb living areas, large bedrooms, amazing bathroom & handy ensuite. Lovely garden with furniture to enjoy the weather if you are so lucky. All mod cons provided. Within a stones throw of local historic inn, the oldest pub in England, which had a very pleasant atmosphere and was welcoming to families. Would like to return some day!

The Old Post Office was the ideal place for us to stay whilst attending a wedding in the village. Spacious, super clean & with a pretty garden. We had the best weather to enjoy both the indoor & outdoor space. A wonderful pub less than 50 steps away & handy village store. We were warmly welcomed & would highly recommend. Thank you Beverley.

Located in a quaint little village with an outstandingly beautiful 15th century pub, a Pot Shop and a local convenience store/shop. This is the perfect place for a few friends to unwind and catch up and for families too! The space is fantastic and the BBQ in the garden was a nice surprise too! Lovely and clean, large open-plan downstairs accommodation which is great for socialising. Large main bedroom with en-suite, two further doubles and exquisite main family bathroom. Very well stocked - everything we needed was there. Really nice and clean. Comfortable beds! Beverley was also great, on hand if we needed her and always quick to respond. Check in was very straight forward too :)

All communication was extremely efficient and thoughtful. The property is wonderful. It has been renovated to a very high standard and is extremely clean and well-equipped. It really does do the owners proud. It is also situated in a delightful historic village with a wonderful old pub only a couple of minutes’ walk away. Must try the pies! All in all, a wonderful experience and very good value for money. We would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

What a great find! (pics don’t do it justice) A fantastic property, spotlessly clean, really spacious and lovely features like log burner and power shower. Perfect spot in the village opposite a lovely traditional English pub serving great food and local ales. Beverley was a great host even posting on my brolly! Thanks
